I lean towards the under 8.5

I like SD +1.5 but not sure about the ML.

Cueto can shut SD down to 1-3 runs and SD pitcher will hold Cincy down to 1-2 runs with a limited lineup.

Ha, crusiing through 1.5 innings, now Olendorf implodes and cincy with 6 in in the 2nd. This under is dead, better now than in the 9th inning i guess
