Yeah I'd be careful delicious. Even the Evil Empire is subject to an occasional case of the summertime blues. They're a little banged up and scufflin in general, and Britton is a good young arm. The talking heads keep calling the Orioles a "nice story" and that there's no way they can compete for the Wild Card as September approaches, but they keep hangin around.
Hell they were down 0-5 after an inning tonight and ran off the next 11. A hot young team gaining confidence each day versus an older team struggling through the dog days of August just waiting for October to roll around - why fight it?Comment -

honestly the way baltimore can hit the ball out and the way phil hughes gives up the long ball .. it could possibly be another long day for the yanks .... also the yanks could break out of their little slump ....

they are old and some of the players are lazy (cano and swisher)
i expect them to go on a streak soon of like 10-12 wins out of 15 games just like they picked it up recently ... i just dunno when thatll happen .... maybe it will take a great start from CC soon to ignite the fire in these guys to wake them up ...Comment -

yanks lineup misses arod ... as much as people dont want to admit it .. its true ...
270 average .. brings another decent bat to the middle of the lineup .... can run the bases well ... and plays a good 3B now .... after tex at the 4 spot i cant really trust anyone .... ichiro been a 1-4 night bust .... swisher pisses me off with how lazy and cocky he is .... martin is struffling offensively but good on defense ... and jones and ibanez in LF just batting 240 combined wont work .....they are in the shiittterrrr now and have to pick it up before the AL east race gets closer than expectedComment -
