    It's not 2011, but they're facing a AAA club.

A below-average MLB club vs. an above average AAA club.

The Astros are 35-69, and that doesn't tell the whole story, because they recently traded away a bunch of MLB players.

The combined salary of the current club must be under $15 million, and it's inflated due to two scrubs they acquired because the other team wanted to get rid of them (Ben Francisco and Cordero).

makes sense, but it's an insane bet IMO. Not sure the salaries for the clubs makes a difference in one ball game where both teams know they are not making the playoffs.

I didn't say the salaries would decide the outcome. I'm pointing out that the Astros have no MLB talent.

Astros may have 2 actual MLB players, and three when Bud Norris starts.

B4 the season started experts picked Houston to lose 100 games. It seemed Houston was going to outplay those expectations but have not had a winning week in about 4 months.
