Hunter Pence to SF

Not a sure thing yet but per A Baggerly twitter there is a deal in the works pending ownership approval. We Giants fans can't get excited until we make sure Sabean didn't trade the farm. Pence is under contract next year so he prob wasn't cheap if the deal was done.

List of possibles is Joseph, Panick, Adrianza, Belt, Schierholtz Peguero, Noonan Clayton Tanner and sure as hell better not be Gary Brown or Heath Embree.

As I type this Bobby Evans, assistant GM and the guy in charge of the farm system, reports that there is no truth to rumor that Pence is in hand. This is gonna be a long few days in SF.

What an addition this would be if the Giants can get him. Pence has been having a great year which has been overshadowed due to how bad the Phillies are doing. Guy would have great numbers if he had some bats around him. Too bad for SF Sandoval just got reinjured as well.

Last night might have been the worst loss of the year for SF. We couldn't have any more negative momentum right now. Thankfully it's still July. Now praying we didn't send a 3 prospect for Pence. Like I said deal is done just waiting for details
