Last time Kershaw pitched in heat like this was in Arizona where he fell behind batters in the count consistently and lost 5-3 to the D-Backs. With that said Dodgers were slumping at that time, and one can only attribute the Dodger 6 game winning streak to having Ethier and Kemp back in the lineup.

Regardless, he is not Steven Strasberg so I can't imagine he'll leave with vagina exhaustion .

This should be a great game. However I'm staying away.

    Leaning:
    NY/ Was ov. 7
    Whitesox ML
    A's ML
    NYY/SEA ov. 7

This Cardinals offense can explode any day. We saw them score 12 runs in a single inning a few days ago, and the Dodgers have been scoring a consistent avg. of 5.5 runs over the 6 game win streak. With that said, every game is only as good as their starting pitchers, in this case I'd rather watch this game than bet on. Everything seems like a coin flip with such talent on both sides.

Top of the 9th, but there's no way this game goes over 7. Chalk it up to a loss.
