Phillies -210?

How are the Phillies justifiably right now -210 at some books? I understand Wolf is nothing great, but Halladay is pitching his second game since his injury, wasn't too great before his injury, and the Phillies bats have been inconsistent all year. I wanted to take the Phillies, but I do not know if I can at these odds.

I see Halladay finally gettin his game goin this year. Possible shut out vs milwaukee. brewers havnt hit on the road in july. i think its a good home return for doc. phillies have been decent of late. They havnt hit great in july but have also been matched up against great pitchers. I see philly winning 4-1
