Nats and Braves.. Game Over?

I have money on the Nats as well as a Det/Was Parlay.. The Braves just scored two more to make it 9-4.. Is that enough not to call the game off?

Does the fact that they are still playing mean the game is ending?

And also, is it 7.5 or 8.5 innings that the game needs to go for it to be valid?
