Over or under: Tigers vs angels??

I've been playing a lot overs and understand for MLB. I'm not one to take the ml or rl. I'm still contemplating on which is best. I've done couple research and the line went from 9 1/2 to 10.

What do you guys think?

over. only downside is that there is a wind in from CF at 10 mph but Holbrook as ump more that makes up for that.
