With an apparent reload of your accounts, i think its most important to get back into the winning momentum so what i would do, is (and as hard as this will be to do) forget about what's happened in the last months. Look at the $200 in your account and tell yourself you need to make money, whether its a $1, or doubling up, each day for a day, week, few weeks, etc.

I can't tell you the number of times i've patiently turned a $100 deposit into 4-digits, but over the course of weeks, not overnight.

I also can't tell you the number of times out of pure flakiness and frustration, i "reloaded" for a $550 to win $500 just to ease the anxiety and get my account back into 4-digit business.

It doesn't work though. When you're losing, it doesn't matter what you bet.....baseball, soccer, hockey...heads lands on tails, up lands on down, etc, etc.

Best way to get out of the funk is to find a few consecutive winning days, forget about the money in your account over those days/week, and when the winners start to come, you'll find a streak and be on the rebuild in no time

Sounds like you reached a stage where you thought you were bullet proof.

People often bust my chops for my user ID. They'll tell me the correct term is +EV and not EVPlus. When I was new to this that's the way I referred it (backwards). Now that I know better, I still keep it that way. You know why...? It's to remind myself that, in many ways, I will NEVER have all the right answers and keep learning every day.

If I were you, I'd do the following:

1) Take time off and do NOT reload (it will be too tempting to make stupid get-even type bets).

2) Actually write down all the things that happened during the time you had your epic collapse; something will appear that you can learn from.

3) If/when you return, keep in mind the mistakes you made that brought your br from 18000 to 200 and ALSO have the presence of mind to know that there are more land mines you have yet to discover.

4) Others will laugh at this final advice but I swear by it. Clean up your diet and exercise. A disciplined body supports a disciplined mind and vice versa. I hit the gym an average of 4 days a week. On mornings I cap, I make sure I have plenty of sleep and for breakfast I'll avoid sugar because the sugar crash makes me drowsy and I lose focus. I know it's fashionable to have a doughnut, a cigarette, and a shot of whiskey for breakfast before capping a winner. It may work for some but not for me.

You know, I suspected the same having read some of the OP's threads during last nba season (especially the coin-flip results of his half-time action). I posted my original response not so much for him but for others on this board. Lately, I've seen quite a few threads from other members who are having bad streaks.

I was able to turn $125 into $1,500 over the past 10 days. Funny thing is I had $250, made 3 picks on SBR, lost them all, draining my account, and making me use my rebate......since then I havent posted a pick, and I've been on a roll. I seem to suffer from the sbr jinx when posting picks.

Obviously I had to make a few big plays early on, but the majority of my bets were in the 10-15% range.

It's definately possible to build things back up. Best of luck to ya.

Right? WTF is wrong with SBR? I have the same shi* happen to me. I lose my a** off on SBR book, and the bets I make at SBR book that matches my bookie account plays always lose. When I stop betting on SBR book, my bookie account plays win alot. I thought it was just me that was jinxed by this site.
