I don't usually make threads on here, but when I do, I seem to do very well. I don't keep track of my plays, but I am up a good amount of units on baseball this year (take it for what its worth, I am not an attention whore nor care what people on here think)... I am really just making this thread because it is 5:00AM, and I am wired.

Here are my locked in bets for the day:

The "VERY high juice, on paper-sure-thing, add-to-your-parlay" bet:
    DETROIT - 250
Here we have Verlander, at home, with, despite losing quite a bit, a very potent offense in the Detroit Tigers. Brian Duensing isn't really accustomed with going the distance, and this will be his second big start, this time away against a dangerous hitting team. I really get the feeling he gets smashed between 3-5 runs very early on, with the Twins just not being able to catch up. I am banking on Verlander pitching solidly, and the Tigers not making too many errors. I think this will hit and is close to a sure thing. Drink the juice and take your unit.

The "high juice, but still feel pretty good about it" bet:
    TAMPA BAY -150
The Yankees are thin in their rotation, so they call for David Phelps. Phelps has never been too impressive and is coming off the assault the White Sox committed in New York against multiple Yankees pitchers. Price is a stud, and despite the hot offense of the Yankees, I think he can tame them enough for the Rays to steal a win. The Yankees had a pretty tight game yesterday and lost, and they lose this one too. It is time for their hot streak to cool down a bit before it starts again.

    The slight underdog bet:
    HOUSTON + 120
I see Pirates taking the series, just not this game. The Astros bats were eating up Burnett last night, but the Pirates came back with a late rally. Kevin Correia has been solid for the most part, so this could be a close one. If Keuchel doesn't walk a fukload of people and doesn't get lit up early I see Astros winning this decisively.

The "I probably shouldn't make this bet, but my favorite pitcher is pitching and is due" bet:

    PHILADELPHIA - 135
There is no reason to really go out of your way to take this bet. I am a huge fan of Cliff Lee and I think this is the game he finally earns a W. He hasn't been bad all year, but it does concern me that the last few games he has been getting hit pretty hard. You also cannot rely on the Phillies bats for S H I T. However, this is MLB, and nothing makes sense anyway, so I am throwing a dart at the Phillies here.

    Good luck
