The Mariners are using their long man out of the bullpen to start so it's going to be an early call to the bullpen. The bullpen was also used heavily on Saturday when Ramirez went out with the elbow flexor.
How worried should I be that the Orioles just had to fly cross country for the game? That's the only angle I see not to take them.
