I saw this and hopped on the pit TT which was still 4.5. Phili TT remained 4. The TT never seems to adjust with the game total. I suppose it can represent a good option vs chasing the game total , especially if the line movement also points to a side bet as a sharp option.
Phili over 4 prob better bet. We will see. I always worry about that 9th at bat for the home team.
