Fading Scott Feldman is usually a fantastic play but he's facing somebody about as bad as he is. Oakland should score plenty but Texas might score even more

Neither pitcher has been good this year. Oakland just scored 5 runs in a 3 game series @ Seattle. They are the worst hitting/run scoring team in the American League. Rangers just put up 13 runs on the Tigers today and Hamilton was 0-4 with 4 K's. I'm going to take the Rangers at -1.5. But i will only be betting $24 to win $20. If I happen to lose I'll double my bet the next day and if necessary double it on the 3rd game of the series. May also bet the over.

hasnt oaktown been one of the better offenses going the month of june? even after sea series (lots of teams struggle to score in sea)...most runs scored in majors in june, 5th in obp, 8th in ops..doesnt seem like you are painting a fair picture..

Here is a fair picture. You are off a tad but not by much. They are tied for 4th in runs scored in June (Not 1st). tied for 7th in obp, 11th in ops, You forgot the batting average they are tied for 16th. Sorry if you don't like my pick.

yea i havnt updated for few day so you more than likely right (my ranks were prob before a gm or 2 of sea series)...not saying i hate your play or that im looking to back A's..just thought calling them worst offense in AL was kinda harsh given their present form (sea series not included)...just discussion my brother, gotta get the old hamster wheel turning

Oaktown +170 for me! The A's and Pirates right now are both solid teams playing good ball that always get undervalued by the books. And Ross has been solid his last couple outings. Rolling with the big dog tonight. GL guys

The value is clearly on the A's. These Rangers prices are just ridiculous lately. But I see a pretty even pitching matchup and am staying away from this one. I would say if you are considering taking the A's ML - take a look at A's TT o4.5 which may be more attractive.

If anyone got A's at +200 they must be feeling pretty sharp right now. +168 at 5Dimes currently.
