I swung and missed with them tonight small, but this could be a multi-unit play for me. Masterson's been outstanding lately, and Hughes is Hughes. Might need the hammer for this one.
Thoughts?

They aren't in very good form lately, but I love fading Hughes and Masterson has given up 1 ER in his last 23 IP.

Don't fade the yanks until their bats cool off a bit. especially at yankee stadium.

disagree totally (not w over so much, no opinion really) but with fact i cant bet against spanks cause they are "hot" or "at home", if that was the case then brahmabullshit would be rich..

i'm on Tribe, but only for 1u. couldn't summon up the courage to bet them bigger, but love the value here and think that this is the game that they win this series.

Hughes at home is combustible. Check out his career HR/FB ratio's home/away...FB pitcher in that stadium not a good recipe for success. Hard to go against the hot Yanks but Masterson should be able to keep the ball on the ground for the most part and give the Tribe a chance to win here. I too like the value here and played it as well. BOL fellas

i faded tribe vs stros lefties (played them last night), didnt watch gm but coming from someone i trust who did he said tribe hit the ball really well last night just happened to be mostly right at ppl...as mentioned by Red, Hughes gives up ton of fly balls and that short porch should suit cle lefties.. but hell ive been wrong before..

Liking the forecast. Seeing between 11 and 20 mph wind out to RF. Go Tribe.

Yes, ..This was definitely one of the factors that influenced my decision to go on Tribe... If you look at the last 3 years Hughes top 3 Starting pitching in FB%, whereas Masterson is top 5 GB%. With the wind factor and Yankee stadium being by far the easiest poke for a LHB, all this plays in our favor....gotta play the game though.

Anything is possible with this team right now. They haven't been prone to long losing streaks so I wouldn't be surprised to see them show up tonight.

At the very least I think I'm going to kill the closer. That means very little for me though.
