Let me get this straight: he used Marmol instead of Camp on Friday to close in a three-run game because of Camp's horrible track record vs. the Red Sox.

So tonight, he brings Camp into a tie game on national TV against these same Red Sox in the 7th inning when he's been pitching the 9th for a while now?

Where did Theo get this guy?

Double, single, out of the game. 2nd and 3rd, no one out.

I swear, sometimes it seems like managers are intentionally trying to lose games. They can't be this stupid, can they?

Not even watching -- just stuck at work and it's up on my computer.

MLB managers and weathermen: two professions where constantly being wrong still gives you job security.

From Michigan originally. Live in Ohio. I work a desk job 50+ hours a week -- you know, the kind of guy you love to make fun of.

I love the Cubs. I fade them daily not even a risk.

              But I'm betting them tomorrow.

You basically couldn't make up the shit that they put themselves through.

Dude, I have a wife and three kids. Last thing I need is to be gambling my mortgage and grocery money on this shit.

And if I started with a $5,000 investment bankroll putting in a few huge plays (which I could do if I wanted to) and for some reason I got hit with a string of "cold cards" (bad beats) right off the bat, then what?

For instance, you probably saw I had 10 units on the Phillies Saturday. I know you had Toronto, but let's be honest: you completely lucked out there and that's exactly the type of sequence of events that I can't just leave up to chance with a good portion of my savings that will otherwise go to my kids' college education.

Yes if I could do it again I would not have backed Romero, but on the other hand today I backed the Phillies and would not hesitate to do it again in the same spot.

Son, you should only be betting a few % of your BR on any play. Mathy would never tell you to bet 2 dimes on a play when you have a 5 k BR

Besides when you are starting out there are ways to make over 100k in guaranteed money with a starting BR of 10-20k

Indeed, is your 9-5 job's salary guaranteed?

Closed-minded fools never get ahead because they are scared.

The money is not guaranteed, nothing in life is. What I mean is there are a number of ways to earn a lot of money sports betting without caring who wins the games.
