Yankees vs Nationals, Nova vs E-Jax. Yankees have the edge in starter and offense here, I'm not that learned on the Nats bullpen so I can't comment on that.

    Yankees -107, Nats -103

I'm leaning Yankees, who do you like here?

edit: As a side note I also like the Red Sox with their spot starter vs Paul Maholm, almost entirely because of the stark differences in the two offenses against LHP. Was hoping to get the Sox at + money though, they opened at -122

      Edwin Jackson
      James Mcdonald
      Cliff Lee
All have misleading W/L records due to the failures of those around them. Whether it be bullpen(Cliff Lee) or Offensive(Edwin/James) they have not received enough support. I would give Edwin the slight edge being home, but his offense is still miles behind the Yanks.

Cubs have lack steengths, upside, hope, and my support in the form of any type wager.

I feel sorry for Cliff Lee out of those 3, he's pitching outstandingly and is 0-3. Meanwhile someone like Clay Buchholz has a 7-2 record despite being arguably the worst starter in baseball up until 2 weeks ago.

I like Nova here because he's pitched better than his ERA suggests, and on the road that ERA is roughly 1.40 lower. In fact if E-Jax can hold the Yankees together the under might be in play as well
