soriano had no chance of reaching even if he legged it out. middlebrooks has an inaccurate arm but its an absolute laser, soriano wouldve only reached if middlebrooks threw it into the crowd

Well if he reached or not. That is not the problem, its the unshameful act of quitting in front of 10,000+ fans. This is why I lik Bryce Harper, and will have no problem when he get his 10 year 180 mill deal. He hustles everytime.
