    Monday Playoff Baseball
First off, congrads to those on the over in the Dodgers game last night as we cash that easy on Dodgers making easy work of the Phillies. Now on to today's card. 3 plays today, including what I like to call, Fade Kary23 Game of the Year.

    25 dime
    Red Sox (Lester/Garza) RL +110

I would just like to say a couple things here. I have been waiting for this game for several days now. I have been wrong before and by no means do I say this is a stone cold lock because we all know in this business there are none, well except when Kary23 is on the other side, ha ha just kidding, but I believe this is as close to a lock as it can get. Anways Lester has owned this team. Lester has worked 20 innings vs these Rays this season and has only given up 2 runs, 3-0. He is an incredible 11-1 at home this season. On the other hand Garza is not good at all away from Tampa sporting over a 5 ERA and the one start in Boston this season he was absolutely shelled.

Here is something to ponder when Lester has started against the Rays this season in 3 games the Red Sox are +13 in runs. That means he has won by an average of over 4 runs. Pretty damn good for a guy who averaging giving up just a run to this Rays team every 10 innings. Boston in a route.

    5 dime
    Phillies (Blanton) +168
Rays team total under 3.5 -120

    Good Luck!

Last 3 weeks of MLB Season & Playoffs:
    19-9-1 (68%), +143.80 dimes of profit. Including 15 out of 19 winning days, 11-4 (73%) postseason +62 dimes

when Kary23 is on the other side, it's gotta be considered a lock. You know his record when he says the fix is in? There's no one indicator otherwise, though.

beg to differ, the pitching matchup is 100% on Bostons side as I would debate that Lester, not Beckett or Dice K is the Ace of this staff. So you are getting an Ace against the game 4 starter for the Rays who happens to not be good at all. Remember what the White Sox did to this guy in the first round of the playoffs?

      Here is your indication:
      1. Lester last 3 postseason appearances, 2-0 with a .90 ERA, in 19 and 2/3
      2. Lester 3-0 vs Rays, Rays 2 runs in 20 innings, this season
      3. Garza, over a 5 ERA on the road, 0-1 7.50 ERA for the postseason
      4. Garzas last 6 starts, Rays 1-5, 0-4 on the road

those numbers mean zip to me, but im all over bosox and phils today. dont forsee boston losing a game vs garza, who sucks, with lester, who is great.

i will be taking tb game 4 though

phils should not be +170 either, have to take it

Yes, Phillies at that price is worth taking a stab at, Blanton will need another quality start though

Of course Lester is the ace. I've been saying that for a while.

            However, he is still human.

The Rays had a chance today until Kary made his thread.

It favors Boston especially because Garza is much better at home. Maddon should have started him Games 2 and 6.

Until he shows he is human, I will still bet him as a terminator sent back through time to destroy the Rays.
