Glad I wasn't the only one betting on the royals. I like their better road record and they're facing bedard

Did you have a write up on this one? I was leaning the other way and wouldn't mind seeing your opinion.

I'm leaning to the over on the Tigers / Reds as well, just going to lay off that game though.

I was wondering what your thoughts were on the Indians if you have time later. Thanks as always LT PROF.

Hochevar has one of the biggest gaps between his FIP (3.69) and his ERA (6.63) in baseball and the Pirates are hitting .217 vs, righties. Plus, while the Pirates have been nice dogs this year, I don't trust them as decided favorites.

Porcello looked very good vs. the Yankees last time out, he has allowed three earned runs or less in five of his last seven starts and four earned runs in the other two and the Reds are batting .232 vs. righties. As for Latos, I'm just having a hard time believing that he is as bad as his numbers. The Cincinnati pen has been good though if Latos gets in trouble again.

Both starters have been erratic but at least Tomlin has been able to keep Indians in games for the most part while Cardinals have lost Westbrook's last five starts. Plus Cleveland hitting .317 vs. righties the last 10 games. That's good enough at the dog price.
