Zack Greinke: MLB Oddsmakers Have Caught Up to His Success at Miller Park - 6/6
Milwaukee Brewers SP Zack Greinke opened up as a -215 home favorite against the Chicago Cubs for Wednesday, as he looks to improve upon his 14-0 record and 2.64 ERA in 20 starts at Miller Park since joining the franchise.

Gotta put this stat right next to Jon Lester's versus the Orioles:

holy shnikey, I thought this would be like -160. I was gonna be all over that

-210 might be too rich for my blood, although the brewers do average 5 runs a game at home and they have crushed Paul Maholm

The runline might be worth a play

-210 might be too rich for my blood, especially with the Brewers offense playing average
That's where the line should be - from a value standpoint - you can only look in one direction in my opinion

Actually I did a little research and there might be some value in the runline here

        - the brewers are averaging 5 runs a game at home
        - they have crushed paul maholm (11 runs in his last 3 outings against the brewers)
        - Greinke is 2-0 at home against the Cubs since becoming a brewer

        I smell like a 6-1 win

              His homestreak is pretty astonishing

Not only his W-L record but I believe the brewers are 19-1 in those 20 starts

I would normally jump all over this dog but they have lost too many road games and can't score.!! Lost 11 in a row on the road.

My comment was dripping with sarcasm.

If you think linesmakers are the last to know things, then nuke this thread.

yea I'll definitely be playing the brewers tomorrow with the cubs winning today

I don't think they've won twice in a row on the road all season
