Can they postpone a game because it's raining dog poop, or does it have to be actual water coming down?

I guess they don't want the guys to get s*** all over their shoes and uniforms? Or perhaps the fans would demand a refund if they had to watch a game in a stadium that stinks so badly?

Saw that the weather conditions were terrible on the East Coast earlier this morning - allowed me to skip over some games and concentrate on others
