I really the 8.5 over. I liking taking the 8.5 over because both teams here will score 4+ runs. Once the score is tied 4-4, the over wins. I think both the dodgers and phillies will score over 4 runs each.

Dodgers will score runs in the first inning. Myers has probably the worst era in the majors in the first inning. He is vulnerable to being wild in the first innings of games. Gives up a lot of walks because Myers has difficulty finding the strike zone in the first inning.
