No NBA Tonight, need a sure thing MLB play

Not really a baseball fan...Anyone have a call on what would be the surest favorite bet on the MLB board tonight? Not looking as much for value as I am a sure hit to keep my bankroll alive to really lay some money on NBA tomorrow!
