Tigers have no consistency. Verlander has been solid, but that is it as far as consistency goes. Angels are not bad, but they are in the same division as Texas. Tigers, on the other hand, will still win the AL central by 10+ games as soon as Scherzer and Porcello put together a string of good starts.

But to answer the question, Detroit so far has been a bust.
