Really want to fade Lohse here -- he's shown his typcical May regression in two of the last three starts against the Astros and Cubs -- but Bills has been awful lately (23 hits allowed in his last 16 IP).

Dodgers lost Mark Ellis, so defense is shaky, their line up tonight is pretty week. Cards are bringing up their stud to play first tonight.
Billy just doesn't have any confidence in his pitches. Dodgers best home team getting plus money should tell you something.

I am an action junkie and have absolutely no angle on this one. If Billingsley thinks he can labor through this one irresponsibly, he'll get shelled, but the damn schizo is capable of being lights out too. Tough guy to bet on or against imo. Lohse is no gem, but he will put the onus on the offense to do something with his stuff, and they are in a favorable ballpark for that tonight, and the Dodgers do not feature a murderer's row out there....:
