    Romero @ HOME vs. NYM
Anyone playing this? I'm leaning on TOR to get it done with Romero leading the charge. I know NMY has won 8 of the last 10 between the two clubs, but that dates back to 1999 and Romero didn't pitch in any of those games.

Mets have hit 60.8% of their dog plays in interleague play, in the last two years.

Mets have been beating top tier pitchers on the road all season, back Toronto with caution. Mets could easily win this game. Romero also has not pitched that well lately.

I want to take NYM for the value as well but really hesitant.

Looking at ESPN's bat vs pitch, of the 6 blue jay batters that have faced Niese, they have hit .269 (7-26), OBP of .472 and have never scored a run on him. (Escobar, Francisco, Johnson, Jeff Mathis)

Ricky Romero on the other hand has faced 6 batters from the Mets and they have hit .389 (7-18), OBP of .607 scoring 3 runs on him. (Bay, Cedeno, Hairston, Johnson, Turner).
Romero struggled with his command his last start so I'm thinking he might be much more effective this time around.

I know it's a small sample size but something to look into.

Wound up playing the over because I thought the Jays bats' would crush Niese, but I wish I had gone with my original lean -- Jays runline -- instead.
