The thing you have to remember with Strasburg is while he has pitched great he is always priced so high and is pitching around 6 innings. That leaves open plenty of possibilities but you have to think he handles that lineup well while he can.Comment -

The only thing that worries me about this game is the catcher situation with the Nationals, they are bringing up another minor league guy after they just lost their second catcher in a row. The Padres have put up atrocious numbers on the road, 3-10 away from home. Bass doesnt have really bad numbers despite his poor record but he seems to have these innings where he just falls apart. The padres are one of the worst in baseball with offensive numbers, like the Pirates.
If the Nationals hit the ball like they did tonight they should cover this run line with Strasburg on the mound, and the Nationals are one of the best at home. Its worth a punt at +110 when you can get Strasburg and the Nationals really hitting the ball in the last few games.Comment -
