    Dodgers vs. Cubs Preview
Since Aug. 30 when the Dodgers started an eight-game winning streak, LA is 21-8 (.724) record, including their two victories in the NLDS. That ties them with the Phillies for the best winning percentage in Major League Baseball during that period.

The Dodgers have played 11 best-of-five series in their postseason history and have won the first two games in just two of those series. In both cases, the Dodgers went on to win the series (the NLCS in 1974 and 1978).

Tonight’s starter Hiroki Kuroda will be playing in the postseason for the first time in his career, which includes 11 seasons in Japan . He faced the Cubs twice this season and went 1-1 with a 0.59 ERA (1 ER/15.1 IP). He allowed his only run at Wrigley Field in 6.1 innings on May 27 and took the loss before shutting out the Cubs at Dodger Stadium in a complete game on June 6. He struck out a season-high 11 batters and retired 16 of the final 17 batters he faced.

Good stats, I think the Dodgers have the advantage in this one if you look at last three starts for each pitcher. Sure it is Kuroda's first post season go, but at that level most guys are pitching on routine, especially at home after two strong wins...
i know a bunch of people are taking harden in this one simply on record, but I think he is young and the post season start will effect him more.

Last minute threads anyone....input on outcome, most of you seem to be going with LA.
