Completely Retarded Question about baseball pitchers and scores
Foreword, I have no experience in baseball what so ever. So this question may seem like one of the biggest homer questions ever.

My understanding on pitcher rotations is that a team will have anywhere from 4-6 Starters who pitch the first 6 innings or so. I have been trying to model that data, but I am running into a question. On MLB.com it lists winning/losing pitcher. Does this refer to the Starting Pitcher, or to the relief pitcher who took over and produced that result?

The winning pitcher is the pitcher of record when the winning run is scored.

Any websites that would list results with starting pitcher instead, or is that a complete no no as baseball scores are concerned?

Not that I am aware of. You will probably have to go through the tedious task of combing game logs.
