anybody know why the cubs are getting such respect here on the run line and total set at 6.5... R Halladay gives up hits early or late vs cubs... I'm thinking the over 6.5 -120 or PHI -1.5 -110 ON THE run line. what do you guys and gals think?

i honestly dont see Cubs hitting off this guy let alone scoring any runs. Phi RL is the bet here.
