i think he is as-advertised, a middle of the pack pitcher who throws the knuckleball...will come out and throw a gem here and there but mostly a 6-7IP 3ER kinda guy

even jose reyes is hitting .200, im not sure whats up with this team but they are slumping bigtime...under might be a good play as the mets lineup is pretty awful as well, but then again since they brought the fences in at citi it is much less of a pitchers park, still a pretty big ballpark though

His last outing out it was rainy, wet and windy. The weather is a huge factor when it comes to throwing a knuckler. If its flat and not moving its BP for the other team as you saw last time. When its nice and calm out his knuckler forces alot of easy ground balls.

The weather in his last outing was cold and rainy, which kills a knuckleballer. Pays to check the weather when deciding on backing the Mets with him on the mound. If the weather is moderate and there's no rain, he can be very effective.
