Seeking your professional advice (5dimes bonus)

Hi, I'm very new to sports wagering and I think I've made a mistake. I opened a 5dimes account a week ago and made the noob mistake of opting for the 50% cash back/ 10X rollover bonus. The woman on the phone was a little confusing but in her defense, like I said, I'm totally new. I understand that I have to win 10 times my initial deposit to get that whole 50% available but that's about it. I should have taken the reduced juice. My questions are:

-At what point am I allowed to withdraw?
-Any chance in hell they might let me switch back?
-I've never had my balance go below my deposit except when I have pending wagers. This still counts right?

Any advice of what to/ what not to do would be greatly appreciated. I guess it's also worth noting that I have not yet used any of the accrued bonus credit. Thanks for looking.

go on live help and ask them to switch to reduced juice. Not sure of the total amount needed in order to withdraw

You can withdraw whenever you like. they release the bonus each time you rollover your initial deposit. Click on the Rewards Tab to see how close you are to having the freeplay released. Every sports wager counts towards the rollover. They usually (chances = slim to none) won't let you switch once you take a freeplay bonus

You have to bet 10x your initial deposit. You don't have to win it.

Oh, excellent, so maybe I'm not do screwed. Even though I haven't spent any if there free play I doubt they will let me switch but I'm going to give it a shit anyways. Thanks yall.

I think if you lost there they will let you switch. I was ahead quite a bit by the time I completed the rollover so they refused to allow me to play with reduced juice.

And they told me I could switch after the bonus was done the day I joined.

they told me the same thing when I joined. I was a little pissed off when they changed their mind, but then I just thought about all the loot I took them for in a matter of a couple months and I wasn't so mad anymore.
