The actual line is 6.5. The winds are currently blowing in right now but over the past couple days both teams have struggled playing D and the top of the Cubs lineup is starting to get hot. Wells' ERA is almost 5 alone. The over is sharp. Can't use the winds as the only angle. Small unit bet here.
