Estabrook looks to be a neutral type ump. Not that it helps you to know that now

fyi, there is also an excel spreadsheet that you can download at the top of the CTG MLB forum in a thread that is stickied there. gives ump data going back several years. one thing, make sure you get the version of the excel sheet that works (i think that first version posted didn't, but then working version posted later in thread).
