How to Read Wind in Ballparks
I know this is a stupid question but Im lost.

This site http://www.wunderground.com/sports/MLB/ is great for getting wind info on games however Im not 100% sure how to read it.

For example, lets take the first game on the menu on the site, which is the CWS and CLE game.

    This is what we see:

    Wind
    22 km/h NNW

    22 km/h NNW

    21 km/h NNW

    21 km/h NNW

    21 km/h NNW

    22 km/h NNW
My question is, is that wind blowing in or out, towards left field, towards right field, etc. How do I determine this?
