Over Under MLB Line question

What does this mean: "8u23"

Does that mean the line is 8 and to take the under is -123??

I don't think I have ever seen that. I would assume that is what it means.

Did you see it on a forum, or in the lines for a book? I would look at the other posts by him or at the other lines and there should be a pattern that is easy to figure out.

They have it like this over a scoresandodds. I like to use this site to gauge opening lines but their over/under looks a bit different than most.
