are all bookies resettling bets like this?
Yesterday I placed a bet with pinnaclesports at +154 odds on the Yanks!
A little later I logged into my account and viewed my bet and everything was fine. This morning I saw that the bet was settled at +144 price.
It reads 'Wager Line: New York Yankees +144 Adjusted
    Pitchers: Action vs Action

I went to the rules section and it reads:
    7. In the event there is a pitching change prior to the game, the money-line will be re-adjusted and "action" wagers will be graded using the opening price for the new pitcher.

So if you choose 'action' and there's a pitcher change all your stake will be resettled later at a lower/higher price? I thought 'action' counts for the price when you place the bet and that's it! It doesn't change later, no matter if there's a worse or better pitcher after that. The price you buy at, is the price you get at that moment, no matter what later.

Well I guess I am wrong?

Are all bookies resettling bets with readjusting their prices when you go 'action' ?

Yes, they graded it correctly. When you bet LISTED and there is a pitching change, you get a refund. When you bet ACTION and there is a pitching change, you have action at the NEW odds after the change.

That's kinda fair/unfair. For example yesterday there was an hour and a half rain delay in Fenway. Pauley replaced Matsuzaka after the projected start time 7:05 PM, meaning pinnacle wasn't offering anymore bets after. So how are they resettling bets at this price (+144) when they aren't offering bets anymore?
And why exactly at +144? (%5 less)

If you ask me, there's a huge difference between Matsuzaka and Pauley, so I would have resettled at +124 or something like that.
