That's right guys, unfortunately, I haven't joined the site for the entire 2011 season, however will be trying to pick each day for this years season! Very excited with the new faces with the new teams, and should definitely be an exciting season with many surprises!

Tonight of course there is only 1 game with the St. Louis Cardinals vs. Miami Marlins.

Going with the under of 7 in today's play. Johnson is a shutout pitcher as long as he remains healthy, Lohse isn't the man the Cardinals are looking at for an opening day start, however will get the job done early in the season. Lohse had a 3.39 ERA last season with a few struggling appearances.

Johnson is facing a Cardinals team without Pujols, therefore small ball will be in-play for the first couple of weeks, as the Cardinals see where they stand with adjusting their lineups.

Valverde blew a 2-0 save in the top of the 9th, would had covered the RL and Verlander would had sealed his first win of the season.

Facing Edison Volquez who wetn 5-7 with a 5.71 ERA last year, the Dodgers do have some heavy hitters in the middle of the lineup. Reigning Cy Young Kershaw is taking the mound against a injured Padres team. Kotsay and Quentin are on the DL.

Both games were close, Washington scores 5 in the Top of the 8th and win it 7-4. Cleveland ties it with a home run by Cabrera in the bottom of the 9th, and still in play in the Top of the 12th. Toronto is leading 7-3!
