I tend to go heavy on regular season win totals. I have lots of opinions, but admittedly have trouble narrowing down which teams are bet worthy. But I've always done well in terms of end results, so thought I would share.
NL East
Atlanta 87.5. (Under, two units at -108). I don't trust the offence and the rotation has too many health issues. Line moves agree with me.
Miami 85.5. (No opinion). Case can easily be made for 10 games either side of this number.
Philadelphia 93.5. No play, but pretty strong lean to under. The injuries scare me. But I opted for an over play on Washington instead.
Washington 83.5. (Over, one unit at -115. I'd have gone more, but also threw a unit on them to win the division at 9/1. Just don't trust the rest of the field.
NY Mets 72.5. No opinion.
NL Central
Cincinnati 87.5. Lean over, but no bet.
Milwaukee 84.5. No play. Lean over, but the juice got out of hand for me.
St. Louis 85.5. No opinion.
Chicago 74.5. (Lean to under, but no play).
Pittsburgh 73.5. No opinion.
Houston 63.5. (No opinion, but would lean under).

Arizona 86.5. No opinion.
San Fran 87.5. No opinion.
Colorado 81.5. (Over, two units at -105). I also have them for one unit at 8-1 to win the division. That would mean a plus.500 record, so why not . . .
LA Dodgers 82. (Under, four units at -115.). One of my favourite plays. As long as new ownership money doesn't roll in during the season, I don't see this shallow, aging lineup getting it done. Kemp should regress somewhat.
San Diego 73.5. No opinion.

New York 93. (Over, four units at -115). Bit of a quick trigger finger on this one, but I think their pitching is much improved.
Tampa bay 86.5. I lean over, but hummed and hawed until the juice moved and I decided against it.
Boston 90.5. Strong lean to under, but had to draw the line somewhere.
Toronto 83. I'd like to take over, but still question the rotation.
Baltimore 69.5. (Under, four units at -135. Too many divisional games against quality opponents)
Al Central (I'm likely misreading this division, liking overs too much. But, bets have already been placed).
Detroit 90.5. (Over, two units at -105). Kicking myself for not going heavier on this line. Juice has shot up to -150. Most sites had 92.5. I don't trust the defence, but just don't see a legitimate threat in the division.
Cleveland 78.5. (Lean over, but no play. A late scratch, like a horse in the Derby).
Kansas City 76.5. (Over, two units at -120.) I'm second guessing myself because of the rotation, but I got this line at Pinnacle. Other sites had the total at 80, so I'll take the gift and hope.
Chi White Sox 74.5. (Over, two units at -130). A late decision, as they were an over play that crashed and burned last year. But they underachieved so much, a nominal bounce back should get them over this number. Maybe with the Ozzie circus leaving town they'll be better, too. It was a choice between them and Cleveland, and I took the extra four games of cushion.
Minnesota 73.5. No play, but lean under.
