    Dodgers 2012
I will do my best to check in every day during the regular season with a write up on hopefully every Dodger game. I probably know more about baseball than handicapping baseball but I have learned to become very unbiased with los doyers.

I will check in periodically between now and opening day but won't start getting serious about write ups until then.

Post your plays up in this thread this year. The under and whoever the Dodgers were playing was a great play from April to July last year. Hopefully it won't be the same this year but if it is that's no reason to be sad and not profit off of it.

          Dodgers -145
          Total 6 -120
The worst Kershaw should do tomorrow is 7 innings and 2 runs. The problem is I have a feeling the Dodgers will have a tough time scoring over 3 runs. Besides Gordon, Ethier, and Kemp there is no one else in the Dodger line up that will provide any serious run production. Volquez has been throwing in AAA and the fact he got the nod is a bit intriguing. The Padres might be a bit overvalued here as they have been tearing it up in spring training. Clayton wins this game 2 out of 3 times, I think there is value at -145.

Chad struggled in the spring and dodgers have a tough time with lefties especially on the road. I think the line is just about right. I don't get the total however. I thought the dodgers looked decent at the plate last night and figured chad would give up at least 3.

Billingsley is an enigma. I know it was SD but he looked great. Tough to know what you're gonna get from him in a given outing though.

Vin was saying that Honeycutt had him working on something in spring training which would explain his shitty performances. Like you said I know it was SD but he looked as good as he has ever last night. Hopefully he can keep that up. Matt Kemp is keeping his head down and going the other way. When he is doing this he is one of the best hitters in the game. Look for him to continue his hot streak. He is pissed he didn't win that MVP and it might have been the best thing that happened to him because he looks like he worked his ass off in the offseason.

Anyone have an update on Kershaw's health? The guy left his first start early with the flu. He still dealt in those 3 innings. I am all over the runline tomorrow as the Dodgers have shown early on they are somewhat competent at the plate so far this year.

Excuse my ignorance. But Kershaw Over action? Over the total?

I think he meant action to mean any pitcher he is facing.

Mark April 17th on your calendar and on that day place a bet on Chad Billingsly. At the worst he will go 7 innings and give up 1 run. My guess is he goes CG though. Throw out all prior stats on Billingsly has developed a 2 seam fastball. He keeps it down and throws strikes with it. I know he has only faced SD and Pitt but that doesn't matter. What matters is that he is throwing more strikes and will be able to go deeper into games.
