This is a risky play if you look at the lineup for STL. They are without three good hitters; Beltran, Berkman, and Freese.

i remember when u stated that clearly before opening day, so no worries we still over .500 and + unit.....these is betting people, if u wanna win secure money go spend 8 hours woking....aftrr 15 days u will have your moneyy secure on the bank account

Notorious no you are not a pest, I can see you know your baseball and seem like a good guy. Sorry I did not get back sooner . I made this bet very early and did not know about the guys being out. I went out early today and prob. would have added another unit if I was home,with the 3 guys out and Cueto pitching and the line dropping would have done it for me......................GL

Cappin, what have you learned? I don't get it, 15-0 in some of the most unbettable games in the pre-season, then the season starts, and 3-10? What made you so good in the pre-season when no one else could figure it out? Or are we just hitting the law of averages here?

I know NYY has Balt. number and so does C.C. he is 16-2 with a ERA of 2.74 and WHIP of 1.078 vs Balt.
But I have very little confidence in C.C. and Arrieta had a strong outing last time out.

a4u2fear, that 15-0 had a lot of luck in it.In the reg. season as I have said many times the 1st few weeks are hardest to cap. Baseball is a game of form and streaks and I like to see each team go through the pitching rotation at least 3 times before I feel more comfortable with things. Also over the long run my winning % will not be that high because a bet so many dogs. Ex. my 1st season @ SBR I was up +50 units for the season but 20 games below .500. As I often say while playing golf, sometimes I would rather be lucky than good.!!

Hey buddy-Sorry my Cards couldn't hold up their end today. Good bet, just didn't win. I am going to be very blunt here, one thing I liked about last year was the basic anonymity of hanging out here with you and just a few regulars. No animosity, no haters, just guys who like baseball talking bases and trading a play or two.This year you get hot early and these clowns come in from nowhere and start questioning plays, bitching about plays they can't make themselves, and generally messing with the threads karma. It is a long season (and last year both of us took some time off the halt losing streaks) and there is NO handicapper in the world who makes big $$ every single year. Not saying you wont, just saying these idiots who guarantee 60% ROI or winning percentage need to buzz on off out of here. I respect your opinion and your success is well documented right here for those interested. Just giving you a little thanks and boost from someone who does make his own picks and respects your postings and knowledge.

I guess I didn't notice how early you made the bet. I guess there are the pros and cons.. get a good line but don't know about lineup changes. You were just on the wrong side of this one. A streak is coming for ya man, BOL.
