how do most Vegas sportsbooks determine a win in baseball if there is a rain out. lets say that the game has gone to the 5th inning and it is raining and the umpires declare a winner at the 5th inning. does the vegas bookmakers declare that a win, loss or push? does the game have to be played for 9 innings to have a winning ticket?
