It's always good to consider trends before making such plays.
I was going to play Reds RL but realized:
1) Volquez is vulnerable in night games
2) Volquez is 1-4 in Game 3 of a series
3) Pirates are 4-1 in Cincinnati.

Pirates cashed for me yesterday. That may change today but I think people will get burned on the Over play in todays Reds game. Now that the whole world is on PITT/CIN Over 9.5, the game may curiously go Under.
