Why?
Lincecum defeated Livan Hernandez, a week ago 4-1. This is a repeat of last week's matchup. We know Colorodo isn't going to score more than 3 runs on Lincecum, which leaves me to believe, do the Giants score more than 6 runs, the day after they get shutout. The run line is risky, because of the Giants bats, but the under is a steal at this price.

You got this spot on.
The Rockies won't get more than 2 in this one. The Giants may get up to 5 against this "consistent" Livan. So the scoreline could be 5-1, 5-2, 4-1, or even 4-0.
The Giants today isn't a bet but a gift. Such a play need not to be listed as a bet, IMHO.
