O's/BoSox may be a one-sided game so the the Over is dicey in that one. BoSox sometimes have a habit of not scoring as many runs as you'd expect them to.

Astros/Cubs Over 8.5 is good. Both sides will score and it should easily go Over.

One also thinks Phillies/Nats will go Over 9.
