I went 1-0 +1.80 units yesterday.

A's +135
Pros: Greg Smith shut down the Twins earlier this year. He has also been good this month. He is opposing a poor road team in the Twins that does not deserve this kind of chalk. Scott Baker is worse on the road. He has also been hit of late. Take the home underdog and the better bullpen in this one.

Cons: Frank Thomas is out for the A's.

So far this is my only play. I am heavily considering Pirates +230.

Pros: CC is a great pitcher and all, but he does not deserve -270 on the road when hardy and cameron are out. I'm taking the value in the home underdog. The Pirates almost beat the Brew at Miller and should be more successful today while trying to avoid the sweep.


Cons: Pirates suck.
