This is a value thread. I agree that both Kendrick and Duke aren't that great. But both are home underdogs. Marquis is terrible and is never worth laying more than -130 on. I realize that Santana is a great pitcher, but he shouldn't be this much of a favorite versus a contending team. Kendrick has good home numbers and had a good outing versus the mets last time. The Phillies also have a better pen than the Mets.
It is really easy for you to say that these pitchers who get a lot of chalk will pitch good games. That's great and all, but the books and the rest of the public are thinking the same thing. So your opportunities for profit are lessened. All I need to do is go 1-1 today and I make profit.Comment -

Cano is one of the best hitters in the league, although this years stats may not indicate that. He is excellent, he just needs to learn a little more patience at the plate, which will come with age. Arod just chokes a lot. He was clutch last year.Comment -

I don't know who Kevin Maas is. I'm saying what I am saying based on all of the games I have watched cano. His ability to put his bat on the ball is absolutely amazing. I've seen him take balls near the dirt and put them in the stands. He has also done the same with high pitches. Abreu is the Yankee's best hitter though.Comment -

The four of the Yankees starters at the beginning of the season are currently on the dl or in the minors. It's crazy that they just got Pavano back. Next year, I envision the starting 5 to be, Sabathia, Wang, Pettitte, Joba, and Hughes. Then again, Mussina might get re-signed since he's had a great year. This is going to be a crazy off season for the Yanks I can promise you that.Comment
