Dodgers/Phillies Under 8.5 (The current form of Billingsley and Myers should keep this Under )
White Sox/Orioles Over 11.5 (Richards and Waters on the mound and the hitting ability of both teams plus the mess of the Orioles pen should combine to take this one Over)

Not so sure about Phillies. Billingsley is one of the best SP in MLB right now. Like Arizona a lot more.
