Does Texas just get high schoolers to pitch for them?
I mean do you just apply and get the starting pitching job like a part-time job at McD's for 6 bucks an hour. I find it hard to believe that Nippert "outpitched" all the guys in the world who dream of starting in the majors to earn his position.
