Late night total

I'm thinking about doing this late night total.

Phillies/Padres Over 8.5 -110

It seems good since both Kendrick and Reineke suck a lot. Reineke has a 7.20 ERA this month in the minors and throws a fastball in the 80s. I realize that both teams have been struggling to hit, but they should definitely be able to get at least 9 run collectively.

What do you all think?

I was just looking at it, and I started to think I should take the Phillies. But then I looked at Kendrick's road numbers and they aren't good, especially two of his last 3, where he hasn't been getting to the 7th inning. Reineke could give up 4 earned runs in 3 innings, or he could make it to the 6th, its hard to tell with debut pitchers.
